Selling an item and getting paid is easy. Simply register with our guided on-boarding, setting you up a seller account. All financial data is stored securely in Stripe and products are managed in your ClickDelivered Seller Dashboard.

Most small and mid-sized items. Certain items are prohibited, such as anything illegal and adult-oriented. Please see our Prohibited Items Policy for more details.

We know taxes are difficult to manage and we're here to help. We handle sales tax for you, but anything beyond this, such as income tax etc. is the seller's obligation. Please see our Terms of Service for more details.

If an item is not as described or was never delivered, buyers must request a refund within 5 days of the posted delivery date by initiating a dispute within their Buyer Dashboard. To do so, please click Contact Us about this Order. More details about Terms of Use can be found here

We are currently rolling out operations in select US regions. Full US release, Canada and Europe coming soon.

To reschedule, please cancel your order for a full refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time and then rebook through a new purchase. You can cancel your order within your buyer/seller dashboard.

Delivery addresses can only be changed prior to an order. If the address is incorrect, please cancel the order for a refund and create a new one.

Currently, Click Delivered only operates within the borders of the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand into Europe soon!

Yes! You can track your orders in your dashboard. We'll also provide you with a tracking number by email. During deliver, you'll receive a text with a link to track the progress in real-time.

Payments are sent to your Stripe Connected Account. Connected Accounts are required to sell items on ClickDelivered. Regiser and sell today with our guided on-boarding.

There are no fees to buy on ClickDelivered. Delivery cost is calculated by our last-mile partners during checkout.

We love helping people sell items in a secure, private way. In order to keep our operations running and process credit card transactins, we charge a flat 10% fee.

We like to keep our transactions simple, no gimmicks, so do not offer discounts or promotions at this time.

Our system keeps your location safe. All map locations are randomized within a general area.

We've got you covered under our buyer protection program. If your item is damaged, missing or not as described, please initiate a dispute by selecting "Contact us about this order" in the orders section of your dashboard.
